The Code of Conduct
From an early age, we all learn certain ways of interacting with others. These rules and norms help make our personal environments safe and liveable. The same applies to the music sector, where both written and unwritten standards of behaviour contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive working environment.

Speak to each other
"I will not let transgressive behavior go unnoticed."

No discrimination
"I am not guilty of any form of physical and/or verbal intimidation."

Open and transparent
"I contribute to an open and transparent climate."

Safe and valued
"I strive to make everyone feel safe and valued."

Diversity and inclusion
"I welcome diversity and inclusion in the workplace."

Equal treatment
"I treat everyone equally."
What can you do as an organisation?
We all share responsibility for creating a safe and inclusive working environment. A positive workplace culture not only benefits employees, freelancers, and volunteers, but also impacts absenteeism, productivity, and staff retention. As a result, it has both social and financial implications.
